Eating Organic

Many of us have decided to make a conscious effort to eat healthier. We eat less sugar and fat. We rarely frequent fast food restaurants. We add salads and fresh veggies to our meals. We eat whole fruit for dessert. We’re eating healthier. However, we still think the food doesn’t taste as good as it should and we still are not feeling perfectly well and satisfied. What’s the problem? What more do we need to do? Well, many of today’s nutritionists tell us that even our natural foods aren’t all that natural for us and their nutritional value has lessened after years of genetic engineering, but consumers do have an option--to buy organic foods whose gene structure has not been modified by man, science and technology. These natural foods exist, but they’re harder to find.
