Forgiveness
Many of us believe in the concept of forgiveness. How many times have we said, “I’m only human—I make mistakes,” hoping that our transgression will be overlooked? But are there some mistakes that are unforgivable? How do you forgive a person who refuses to apologize? Or someone who has abused you? Most importantly—how do you learn to forgive yourself?

Forgiving and being forgiven are essential components to the ‘abundant life’ that Christ offers. Christ taught his disciples to ask for God’s forgiveness and to forgive others. No sin is too big for God. First John 1:9 says: “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” But what happens when a sin seems too big for us to excuse? All of these questions are discussed on this episode of AAR. Special guests include Apostle Melvin Brown of House of Grace Church, Ellie Nelson, Director of Evangelization at Holy Family Catholic Church and Sheila French, active member and spiritual director at Holy Family Catholic Church.
