Four New Guest Hosts
of TV51’s “Rock’n Rockford”

After two nights of auditions, and thirty contestants, TV51 has selected not only one, but four, new guest hosts of its local program, "Rock'n Rockford."

	Ryan Wynia of Chicago, IL, 25 years old
	Miles Allen of Roscoe, IL, 17 years old
	Sara Whitby of Rockford, IL, 17 years old
	Jennifer Dougherty of Winnebago, IL, 20 years old

Ryan, Miles, Sara and Jennifer will each host their own half-hour episode with the possibility of hosting another show or two in 2007. Each host will welcome the audience, introduce the upcoming videos and give personal insight and thoughts throughout the show.

Rock'n Rockford is a half-hour TV program featuring music videos from contemporary Christian artists like Switchfoot, Newsboys, Toby Mac and Stacey Orrico. Rock'n Rockford broadcasts on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. on TV51 (Insight Cable channel 15).

Contestants were judged on presentation, clarity, inflection, appearance, comfort and charisma. Prior to going on camera, they were interviewed and trained by a personality coach, as well as had their make up and hair finished by Weis Morris.

TV51 General Manager, Holly Swanson, commented, "This is the first year we had a competition and on-camera training like this, and the auditions went so wonderfully that we will undoubtedly host auditions again next year."
